This is a Play Store related issue. You can visit Google Play help for support on this issue.

Please open your phone settings (Android Settings) > Applications > Play Store > and tap on clear application data. Once done, please open play store again and retry download!

If the above does not work, please remove your google account from phone settings (Android Settings) > Accounts, reboot your phone and add your google account again. Retry download!
