There are two reasons why you might not have received PIN


  • Entered mobile number was not correct: Request you to check mobile number by tapping back/cancel. Please re-enter mobile number if entered mobile number was not correct.

  • SMS network congestions/failures: Request you to touch Resend PIN button. If you still do not receive the PIN, you can tap on 'Call Me' button. The button gets enabled after 3 minutes. You will receive a call and you will be able to hear your PIN.
