Do let us know if we can do something to keep you hooked on to Wynk monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription plan by turning OFF Auto Renewal. Follow the steps below to turn OFF auto renewal

Android users

Step 1: Launch Wynk Music

Step 2: Go to Settings

Step 3: Tap on 'Auto Renewal' to turn OFF if you see it in ON position.

If you had activated your subscription plan through Airtel mobile wallet, you can also cancel your subscription by calling on 121.

iOS users

Please visit http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 for steps to Turning off auto-renewing subscription. You can manage your auto-renewing subscriptions using your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Note that your subscription will remain active for the period you have already paid.
