Please see possible reasons below if your subscription plan is not renewed:


1. You had turned OFF Auto Renewal


2. You had turned OFF service through 121


3. Renewal through your payment mechanism failed. For example


3.a Subscription bought through credit card but either your credit card has expired or your credit limit is exhausted


3.b. Subscription bought through Airtel mobile wallet but sufficient balance to renew is not available



Note that you will see 'Renew' button on My Account screen in first two cases. You can tap on 'Renew' button to subscribe again.
