Below are few possible reasons which might be blocking you from downloading songs


  • Inconsistent internet: At time, app does not get consistent network when you are in a zone where 2G/3G keeps breaking or you are on the move, downloading does appear slow or patchy.


  • Wynk subscription is not active: You require an active Wynk Subscription for you to be able to download songs within app for offline listening. You should still be able to purchase songs & albums.

  • Download over Wi Fi only setting is ON: 
    1. Launch Wynk Music
    2. Go to Settings
    3. Go to 'Network Usage'
    4. If you are not on Wi Fi but want to continue downloading songs, please turn OFF the setting.

  • Download Manager is not enabled (Android users): 
    1. Go to Settings on your phone. You can find the settings menu in the app drawer. 
    2. Go to Apps
    3. Go to All
    4. Go to Download Manager
    5. Please clear data and enable the Download Manager
